Over the past few months, we've had the incredible opportunity to lead a complete rebrand for Better Together Care, working across every touchpoint of their visual identity.
From redesigning their logo and colour palette to refreshing their typography, layout systems, and internal documentation, the goal was to create a cohesive brand that feels both warm and professional.
This rebrand reflects the heart of what Better Together Care stands for: connection, care, and community. It also gives them a fresh, modern presence that will support their growth moving forward.
Every element was thoughtfully considered to ensure consistency across both print and digital platforms, making the brand not only visually appealing but also practical and adaptable for everyday use.
