Say Hello to Juicy Summer

For this project, I was challenged to create a product and packaging design that would evoke a specific emotional response from the audience. The goal was to not only consider aesthetics but also how visual design, texture, and tone could work together to spark a feeling or memory in the viewer.

I chose to focus on the positive emotions connected to summer: warmth, freedom, relaxation, and joy. Inspired by nostalgic summer moments like beach days, melting ice cream, golden sunsets, and laughter with friends, I developed a concept that visually captures the essence of the season.

From the colour palette to the choice of materials and illustrative elements, every design decision was made with the intention of creating a sensory experience. The packaging is playful and lighthearted, using soft, sun-soaked tones and tactile finishes to reflect the carefree, happy spirit of summer.

This project was a creative exploration in emotional storytelling through design, and it gave me the chance to experiment with how form, colour, and context can influence the way people connect with a product.
